The Batman franchise has been around for decades, starting in the DC comics and ending up on the big screen, with series, animation, and video games liberally sprinkled throughout. The logo has drastically changed throughout the years starting out as a man in a cape and morphing into a bat...getting slimmer/clunkier back and forth as time goes on. This version is my personal favorite.
To crochet this full size afghan, I would use black for he background even though the graph shows white (it's just so hard on the eyes to stare at a black graph!), using 2 dc per graph square with an H hook. If you want to make a twin size, cut off the top and bottom 15 rows. For a throw, add 15 to top and bottom, add 40 rows to right and left sides, and sc with a J hook.
If you'd like me to make one for you, I can do that too. Please email me at kendrascrochet@gmail.com for payment details.
To get this graph yourself, email me with "Batman" in the subject line. Any questions should be in the body of your email.
If you make one, I'd love to see a finished photo! Email it to me, or tag #KendrasCrochetedCreations on social media.

Philadelphia Eagles graph
If you're interested in this graph, please email me at kendrascrochet@gmail.com and ask for it! I'll be glad to send it to you, but sometimes it takes a few days for me to get back on the laptop so please be patient!
If you use an H hook and 2 dc per graph square with a WW yarn like Red Heart, this will come out j u s t about twin mattress top sized. If you want larger, you can add several rows of dc border around it, or use a larger hook (but I don't know how big it will turn out if you do!). If you complete this, I'd love to see a photo of the finished product! I haven't made this myself so I can't share information about yarn amounts. I wold make one suggestion: that you work it from the short side. That way all those color changes in the middle will not happen all at once. That's very frustrating to work through. It won't change the size of your finished product. Oh, and do NOT double the rows, just 2 dc per graph square will do it! I hope you enjoy!
If you've never done intarsia crochet (the method I prefer to tapestry, where the colors will show through when you carry them through on projects like this one), please see my series on intarsia crochet starting at http://kendrascrochetedcreations.blogspot.com/2015/03/grad-afghan-progress-day-1.html
Thanks for stopping in and have a great day!
Oh, and here it is again with a little modification! If you request this graph from me, please let me know which version you'd like!

Pac Man game board graph pattern for sale
I'm not sure if I'll have time to make this before Christmas, but I know my 9 year old will love it when I finally do get it done! I plan on backing this one with fabric because my little prince charming doesn't like afghans, or "blankets with holes" as he calls them. I don't know if his toes poke through of if the air hitting him between the stitches bothers him. Either way, I'll back it for him so he can enjoy it. This graph as is will make a decent size throw when using double crochet stitches. I may alter it later to make it twin size. Anyone else wanting the graph, can email me their request at kendrascrochet@gmail.com and receive an invoice for $4. Upon receipt of PayPal payment, I will email the graph to you.
That being said...how do you like it? My husband thought he'd like the classic board better, but I don't think our little prince will mind.

personalized baby blanket
I do love designing personalized afghans for my customers. This one is for the baby of a Detroit Tigers fan. I wasn't sure about the stripes, but they turned out cuter on the corners than horizontally. Unfortunately, the local Walmart, where I get my yarn, didn't have Caron in Navy blue or a more subdued shade of orange so I'm actually making it in Caron's Ocean and a bright, almost day-glo orange. I hope they don't mind! I would have waited, but the baby was born yesterday and I was asked to get it done ASAP! What would you do in this position?

Shrek
Just a work in progress but thought I'd share anyway. I'm thinking of adding a border that says "Then I saw your face" on top and "I'm a believer" on the bottom. Haven't decided yet. What do you think?
